Rules
- One message, one action. Never two competing buttons.
- Subject lines state the fact: “Your review with Ana is at 18:00”.
- No image is load-bearing; the email reads fully as text.
- Sent only at times the family has already agreed to.
- Never sends a teenager’s activity to a parent’s inbox.
